Trance Changes You

['Hypnosis has gone a long way from its' common perception associated with stage and television performances.
Trance can be entered eyes-open, in what will appear to be mere conversations. This altered state of directed focus allows us to communicate directly with the unconscious mind. This is critical because all of the most profound personal change occurs first at this deep level. Without this core change, adjustments we do will tend to be weak, temporary, inefficient. Hypnosis is one of the best ways to effect profound changes in our lives.
A lot of techniques in NLP were first modelled from the world's most effective hypnotists.
That is one of the things NLP is best at: modelling examples of excellence, so we can develop those characteristics. Essentially, we dissect the characteristics of skills and people, adapt them, then install them in our patients. Think of it as a software upgrade and a firmware update. The full array of personal and social skills can be adapted this way. That's why NLP excells in the coaching setting.

Hypnosis is best for core change and clearing out blocks which keep us from surviving, and from succeeding.
NLP is best for learning the conscious approach to excellence in any skillset or field.
Hypnosis works incredibly well for depression, and for personal change, where nothing else has worked. It also helps for pain, allergies, and anything related to The Stress Syndromes. Hypnosis can gather wasted internal resources thus effecting profound personal change.
NLP is great for helping manage life, control stress, and move forward. NLP is about adapting.'

Change!

"Intelligence is the ability to adapt to change."
(Stephen Hawking)

"The world hates change,
yet it is the only thing
that has brought progress."
(Charles F. Kettering)

"In order to live happily
& free, you may have
to sacrifice boredom.
It is not always
an easy sacrifice."
(Richard Bach)

@SimpleLoveTweet:
"You change for two reasons.
Either u learn enough
that u want to
or you’ve been hurt enough
that u have to."

"It's too often the case that
The reason why people keep bringing up your past
as if it were all that mattered today,
as if it were all that you are,
is because most people don't know how to change, & they assume you are as inflexible, stagnant, or as dead as they are."
(@TranceDoctor)

"Your main power lies in choice. When you realize, without that crappy blame, that you are at cause in the turn of your circumstances, that you had a critical active part in the play, then you have your power back. Only then again are you truly alive. Only then does your world change, for better or best." (@TranceDoctor)

Into the most rewarding situations, you will always have to proceed with incomplete data.
Bring a C.A.T.!
Curiosity + Adaptation + Techniques = Change

Are Addictions an Extended Trance?

‎"When dealing with people, let us remember
we are not dealing with creatures of logic.
We are dealing with creatures of emotion,
creatures bristling with prejudices
and motivated by pride and vanity."
(Dale Carnegie, via Rodney Jimenez)

Yes, i realize i may hurt friends when i say this.

You know how they say addiction is manifest by irrational behavior?

Have we learned anything from the Christopher Lao experience,
like, how he reacted automatically, and how we reacted automatically to his reactions?

You are in a trance. Yes. You. Are. Right. Now.

Verb: Put into a trance:
Example: "She's been tranced".

Noun:
A half-conscious state characterized by an absence of response to external stimuli, typically as induced by hypnosis.

Example: "Hey, why am i naked, and why do i feel this good? Was that the trance you said we'd try?"

The most pathetically funny thing is saw today repeatedly revolves how automatic behavior consumes us when we don't check ourselves.

At the morato Starbucks, thrice today
i saw what should technically be really cute, really smart girls
argue their heads off
trying at first to rationalize, then "reason," then finally settle for the
"under-the-rain option" of where they can finally get their "FIX."
Cigarettes. Smoking. "Yoseeh lang, manong." "imma get na my yo, ha."
Said my piece. Gotta go. Gonna visit the addicts downstairs. You there, getting your third frappucino today, you need it too, huh?
Alright! I'm In line for my 135 mg shot of caffeine. Yeehaa!

It's great when you get feedback like this from your students!

"now im trying to figure out which part of my head triggered it
even the forced trance where you forcefully push the consciousness of the patient back deep in itself
i dont exactly know how i do it
but it seems that when i want to do it i can
kinda feels like shooting something out of your mind into theirs "

"im not teaching it to anyone
as if i know exactly how i push
but things seem to get easier and easier
combined using their imagination plus budol budol (ang lalim nung
trance)"

"trying to experiment
to see how much the subconscious would agree with me
so i asked my secretary to give me her phone -_-
like a mindless zombie
she looked at her phone
held it
looked at me
then realized what she was doing"

"now i realize how scary this is if taught to the wrong person
now i realize
nlp for seduction
isnt a good thing to teach"

Here's where we have that prime opportunity to exert good intent, to be a force for positive change!

Hangin by the moment, after you

@GreatestQuotes:
"Nothing is so fatiguing
as the eternal hanging
on
of an uncompleted task."
(William James)

"The Zeigarnik Effect" we use in hypnosis
states that people remember
uncompleted or interrupted tasks.
This includes stories for which the endings are NOT immediately furnished.

AKA
Zeigarnikeffect, eigarnik effet,
in drama, the Suspense Tool, "zigarnik effect."

It's time.

"feeling depressed because of failures?
self-realization is the first step of recovery."
(Reg Collado)

Excellent reframe by @iamjoannesamson:
"If you let the fears of an ugly past
block you from the possibilities
of a beautiful future, you’re not just settling,
you’re losing."

It's all feedback.

"Failure is simply the opportunity to begin
again, this time more intelligently."
(Henry Ford)

"To hell with circumstances;
I create opportunities."
(Bruce Lee)
